Does anyone else hate what's going on with Gilmore Girls now? I can't stand Chris, I can't believe Lorelai is doing this again. He hasn't stayed with her once since she was sixteen. Not even for more than a few days. I don't even look forward to watching it anymore. Am I the only one that feels this way?

I'll tell you what, it's the last season, there is a new producer. So all this season will be about is twists and turns to keep you guessing and tuning in. I just KNOW this thing with Christopher won't last as Lorelai and his previous history suggests. And even though Lorelai seems happy. There's just no way she and Luke can be over for good. I'm going to keep watching so I can see the two of them get back together. I'm also predicting that Logan and Rory won't last their long distance relationship. It doesn't work in real life, why should it on Gilmore Girls? And I think Lane's baby will be a girl.

Nothing compares to the Gilmore Girls of the Past where Kirk is busy Installing Home Security Systems, Taylor is timing the town's Only Traffic Light for Stars Hollow's Oldest Resident, or Friday Night Dinners with Emily!!

I agree. Gilmore Girls is not as good anymore. Since the creator or whatever left the show went downhill. Even the dialog is different and its not funny anymore. I hate to say this but this should be the last season. this show was once good but now..... maybe if they can fix what they down, later in the season maybe the show would turn around.

I agree. While Luke was starting to neglect his and Lorelai's relationship, she wasn't right to sleep with Christopher right after she ended it with him. Just like all the other times, Christopher is going to break Lorelai's heart. Hopefully she'll go back to Luke. I also hope the new writer get better at adding the quick wit in conversations that Amy Sherman Pallodino was so good at creating.

I used to love watching these characters, but now, it seems like they are living in an alternate universe. Rory used to be so academically driven. Now she just obsesses over Logan. Luke and Lorelai were meant for each other, but now she's back with Chris. It just feels wrong.

Gilmore ladies - it has the final script and characters(nevertheless Chuck from Gossip lady is astounding) Gossip lady is nice, too...yet i'm going to might desire to settle on how good that's after some extra seasons.

I'm actually happy that Lorelei and Chris are getting together. That date that he took her on where they watched "Funny Face" on the side of the barn would be a dream date for me (why can't my husband do stuff like that???). It's only the beginning of the season though and I have a feeling that Luke might not be completely out of the picture.

I can't stand the new season. I am really mad with the way everything is going. I loved Luke, and hate Chris.

No, I feel the same way! Chris is a CREEP! I was sooooooo mad at the end of last show. I don't feel like watching it anymore either. But I will because there is always hope . . . I hope.

Nah, I really like Chris. He's cute and rich, and recently he's been really squared away. He did desert her when they were young, but it was as much her fault for pushing him away as it was his fault. Their timing has just never been right, but over the past couple of years he's always seemed to want to be with her, but there's always some reason why they can't be together. I'm happy with their thing, but a little annoyed with Rory. She just seems flaky, and not nearly as smart and empowered as she was in high school. What happened to her?
