I don't think people will agree with me or not, but I have seen horrid drivers in Michigan, where I live. A horror story about how bad the drivers are here, I have several, but there is one I will never forget, because I was involved in it. I was T-boned by a semi all because of a car that was in such a big hurry to get in front of the semi and I had to stop and the semi didn't have enough time to stop so I got smashed.

When I first saw this question, the first thing that came to mind was to list Huston, TX, but, on further consideration, I'm not sure those maniacs qualify as drivers. After several trips through there in a car, I'm convinced a resident has to show the DMV psychiatric confirmation of a death wish to be issued a license.

I'm from West Virginia and we are notorious for saying Ohio has the worst drivers, but from personal experience I think the drivers in Massachusetts are terrible esp. from Boston! I went to New England a couple summers ago for vacation, and I seriously thought I was going to die in Boston traffic.

Boston Mass. They are pretty wild in their driving habits.
worse there than in New York, or France or Italy and I have been
to all of these places plus all of the states from Maine down to
Florida and into Canada and 8 different countries in europe.

I lived in Reno NV and I think everyone there was either a tourist... busy looking at the lights and free buffet signs.. or they got their license out a freaking slot machine, NOBODY seemed to be able to drive worth a damn! I got my license in Ohio.. but I really learned to drive defensively while living California and then In Europe. But you are constantly looking out for other people in Nevada. crazy I tell ya!

here in my hometown, they are idiots. A lot of drivers here talk on the cell phones and totally cut you off or forget what turn signals are. This is Texas by the way. I also heard Dallas is pretty bad.

I don't know if it's stereotyping, but my last accident involved an Asian and all of my close calls involved Asians and Latino drivers.

Oh dear. Didn't read the question properly.

Where? In France I would say. Mind you, Mumbai looks pretty horrendous.

As for which drivers, which I thought you asked, I would say without a doubt, young men.
