There are a couple that have won the nobel prize twice... I think some one already gave a good answer for that.

But there is only one that won the nobel prize twice in two differant feilds(of science... apearantly there was someone who got chem and peace) . (the others got 2 in physics... basicly the same feild)

Maddam Curri won the nobel prize twice, once in chemistry once in physics.
(quite an amazining woman... She really did sooooo much for science)

I think only Marie Curie won it twice for science topics - in chemistry and physics.
