It means that you are running out of material to try out on us here! Based on your prior questions it seems you consider yourself a bit of a comedian with your bus that needs added onto,but how do you break the news to her that you already bought an ice machine- and your wife who wants a tattoo of grave digger, and what kind of dirty talk do women like, and not being attracted to your wife after she works on her 4x4. If you just want to get a rise out of us or try out a joke, say it; but do you have to pose it like it's something someone really said or that really happened?

It means he is going to take a dump. It is a way of saying that he does not like black people hence the Cosby reference. Other racists would say " Im going to drop some black kids off at the pool.
