I've seen it a couple of times in thrift stores. Have you checked eBay?

Hasbro dropped Probe from the Parker Brothers' catalog in the nineties. The game was in print for over thirty years so it should be easy to find in thrift stores, rummage sales and on EBay.
Alternatively, you could make your own set using cards from some other word game such as Word Rummy or Quiddler and download the rules from here: http://www.hasbro.com/default.cfm?page=cs_instructions&letter=P
