except in the cases of rape and incest, that the number rape cases would increase dramatically?

ok, to clarify, the increase in rapes would all be faked, A person gets pregnant on accident, then files rape, and gets the baby aborted, whether or not it was actually rape. This could really hurt men. Wow, such a law would actually make women superior to men instead of equal

Maybe as a way to get around the law, even if it is made illegal girls will still have abortions, I was alive when it was illegal and I know, the rich will go to another country to have theirs and the poor will get them in back alleys and sleasy motels. Many girls will die of infection or bleeding to death. It did happen before when it was illegal.

Deffinately, not to offend any women that have been raped but alot of rape cases are just to hurt an ex or otherwise are to some gain by the accusing woman think about it if the only way someone could get an abortion was claiming rape! theres sometihng to gain if you don't want a child!

p.s. PRO CHOICE!

Are you serious? No, I really don't think that people would suddenly "decide" that rape wouldn't be such a bad idea since the victim could get an abortion after. No, no, no. Also, I don't know where you live, but abortion IS legal.

The number of 'claims' may go up in order to 'qualify' themselves but the actual number of rapes would not. Perhaps unwanted pregnancy numbers would actually go down if there was no 'easy out'.

Yes, women would lie that they were raped in order to obtain an abortion. When there is a will, there is a way.

My ex-wifr tried to seize me. She were given a semen pattern (i won't be able to bypass into the info), some months till now we chop up. She develop into having an affair and develop into playing each and every aspect. to diminish a lengthy tale short, even as she made a paternity declare, the court upheld it till such time as i might want to get a paternity try finished. grew to develop into out that the baby develop into the different adult men and he or she nonetheless claimed that I had some form of moral responsibility to help her when we chop up. the different bloke did a bunk. I refused, and that develop into that different than the shortcoming of existence threats and the stalking she did (heavily). She misscarried at 8 months. unhappy extremely, yet I did tell her that an abortion develop into an option, and that i'd not help the baby from her infidelity. She did attempt to seize me, and the courts even entertained the concept if she had "life like suspicion" that it would properly be mine, then i might want to ought to help the youngster. I had to get a separate court order for a paternity try because she refused to approve one. gents, do not screw round, it may get you right into a lot of worry. women, do not screw round because it may get you right into a lot of worry. similar suggestion. keeps you secure.

Thanks for the claritication. My answer is no. If a woman wants to accuse a man of rape, she will, and she can expect to be believed even if there is no evidence to support her allegation.

Incest seems harmless to me. I can't think why the children of consensual incest should be afforded any special privileges.

Abortion is murder. But the laws never made any difference.
People always did it but it was a back alley with a coat hanger.
Republicans have a president and a congress nothing to stop them and they never stopped abortion. There has been more abortions during this administration than ever before in this country. So what stops abortion?

Are you saying that men would commit more rapes just to get women pregnant so they could get a abortion

Perhaps, it depends on how the people turn... I know that the number of backstreet abortions would increase, though.
