There are no Raspberries in the game, but the closest item in the game to them are Redberries.
Redberries are found just west of the SE Varrock mine. There's usually 3 bunches of Redberries in the area, but be aware of the Cavada Berries (which are Pink). Cavada Berries are poisonous & can only be used to make a sleeping potion for the "Romeo & Juliet" Quest.

Do you mean redberries? Redberries are at the SE corner of the city of varrock near the mine. Make sure you get the red ones the others are poison.

I don't personally know, but my little boy says to go to the vorrock, to the mining field, next to the exit, they should be there...lol.. Let me know if he was right..haha.
