yes. your monkey will make a splendid asassin. but youd best to give him his own room with a plexiglass foyer about 4x4' space just inside the doorway. This is because monkeys are known to throw poop when angered and if given a shuriken you can imagine the damage potential.
If you put a monkey through the schools of herbalism he can identify deadly concoctions of poisons much like he would discover for himself in the wild with his keen sense of smell and taste. Also you could put him to use with a blowgun and train him to take verbal commands with an earpiece.
We have seen chimpanzee martial artists actually make decently respectable belt ranks in the past.
We have seen the monkey astronaught.
Isnt it about time someone put a monkey through SFAS, SEER survival training and SNIPER A-1 ? THATS WHAT I WANT TO SEE!! :D

Ninja, umm, no. Good house pet? Absolutely! Flying dung is always a great housewarming surprise, along with them masturbating, can never be potty trained, even as intelligent as they are, urine marking, they spread disease, scream a lot, unpredictable behavior which can cause severe harm to an adult or even kill an child

Exotic animals need physical and psychological enrichment; spacious and secure enclosures; companionship of conspecifics, and they have specialized dietary and nutritional needs. Depending on the species, costs associated with responsibly caring for an exotic animal can run in to thousands of dollars a year. Many insurance companies refuse home owner's coverage to those in possession of species deemed 'dangerous'. In many locales, it may be difficult or even impossible to find a veterinarian who is qualified and experienced to handle/treat exotic species. New bills/laws banning private sector possession of wild/exotic animals are being introduced/passed at unprecedented rates (many of these bills/laws do not have "grand fathering" clauses.) Unlike domestic dogs/cats, some animal species (for example, nonhuman primates) can have life-spans of 30-40 years.

Sure, if you don't mind all you stuff being tore up and monkey poop on the floor. They are a wild animal with wild animal instinks, or course they would not make a good pet.
