Tomorrow i have to get a enema for the first time and i'm 15.. I hear it's where they squirt water up your butt but that's all i know. does it hurt a lot? do i have to take off my clothes?
i'm embarassed about it a lot. do i have to stand up or what do i do when they do it? what if i make my cheeks tight together or try to so they cant put it in?
does it make me go to the bathroom the same way or diffferent and longer?

If you are being serious- It is uncomforatble, you lay on your left side, and they put a liquid in your rectum, you hold it for about 20 min or so then you go to the bathroom. It is used to clean you out and help bring liquid to the rectal area. Just try to get trough it and hope all goes ok

No, you don't have to get undressed. They magically shove a tube up your bum without you undressing.
If you "make your cheeks tight," they will "loosen them up for you." From what I hear, it's not very pleasant.
Once you get all unclogged, try adding some veggies and fruits in your diet! I hear prunes work well!

I've never had one done, but as far as I heard from someone who has it doesn't hurt. Depending on what kind you are getting, I know there are some you can do yourself. I will just make you have to go really bad and they usually make you hold it untill you can't anymore.
