I believe the term you are looking for is an "arborist ". An arborist is someone who is a specialist in the care and maintenance of trees.

Forester? Horticulturist? Naturalizer? Tree farmer? I think it would depend on things like is it a hobby or a vocation? But I most often think of tree planters as foresters.

A landscaper. Arborists are tree care people and foresters are forest care people. Planters are primarily landscapers.

Usually this is called an arbourist, but horticulturists are trained in tree care.

Tree pruners are different. They cut trees either artistically or cut them to bring in some light in to your house.
