Im not the smallest person and am not happy with my size at all ive tryed everything im only 14 i am begin to make my self sick when i eat and thats when i do eat ive lost 3 pounds but i want to lose alot i have a felling im going to mess up my life but i want to look better what do i do

don't become a bulimic or an anorexic, that can eventually kill you
you need to get on a much safer diet , if you feel you have a problem please seek professional help, your to young to go through something so awful . please talk to someone they will help you, don't mess your life up like this !!

healthy balanced diets are one tihngs its gd for you but doing this could lead to serious problems I'm sure you've heard all that stuff about anorexia and what not talk to someone you trust about it before it gets serious, we all feel self consious and want to improve our image at 14 you can't let it give you serious problems one day you'll look back on the insecurities and laugh...i do and im 16:)

dont worry, you have lots of time to get looking better. of course exercise and eating healthy would help, but if you had to pick one, it would be eating healthy. dont go diet or do any major exercising. take your time, and in a year or two, u'll be happy.

forget what they think do it for yourself not to fit in plus its healthy
i personally wish i had more muscle im 16

talk to your doctor. Will your parent(s) take you to Weight Watchers? they have a program for teens.
