can i be sued by the same lawyer for 2 different creditors? Isnt there some kind of conflict of interest here?

I don't believe there is a conflict with the same lawyer having 2 businesses for which you owe money to. The conflict would be if he was already your lawyer. He can't represent both sides.

hardly, you owe money, he is interested in making you pay, no conflict there at all.
