It seems like no matter what I do I cant seem to put on any weight. I'm about 5' (short, I know!) and 93 pounds! I hate it so much! What are some good ways to be more curvy? Thanks everyone for your help! =)

How old are you Ashley?
Your body doesn't stop growing until age 20 or so.
If you are close to or over that, and you are healthy, you have nothing to worry about.
Don't try to gain weight - your body is obviously happy where it is.

Tips To Increase Weight Naturally
Being thin is good but being very thin and underweight is not good. You should consult a physician if you are a very very thin person. Lots of medical tests would help in revealing the root cause of the problem.

These are some points, which would help in increasing your weight:

Eating: The first important point to increase your weight is to eat well. Eat more than you burn calories. Eating food, which contains more fat is good for people who are thin. Drinking milk, cheese, chicken meat etc are some foods, which contain more fat.

Exercise: Most people think that thin people should not exercise, as they could get even thinner. But it is recommended that they exercise so that they feel hungrier and eat more. Taking nutritious

food would help the body gain weight. Do not lift heavy weight dumbbells in a gym; instead opt for low weight and do more repetitions.

There are lots of weight gain supplements available in the market, but they are not recommended. Instead have good amount of protein-enriched foods, fruits and products, which contain more fat. Eating lots of protein and fat, as it is very helpful in increasing your weight. So why wait! Start NOW.

well, try to excerise, i know sounds like you'd lose weight, but where you lack in a slow matabolism, the best you can do is work-out and put some muscle on your bones.

Also, aviod metabolism boosters, like Nicotine, Caffine, certain herbs like Genseng.

slow the metabloism, or build muscle. your 2 options.

Also, have you had your thyriod checked to make sure it isnt overactive? 9 times outta 10, women who cant gain weight have an overly active thyriod gland. (corrected with a simple pill)

You're body burn calories like wildfire. You cannot do anything about it. But you can get curves and look healthier with some muscle. I dont mean MUSCLE!! I mean Demi Moore / Cameron Diaz muscle

eat before you go too bed because your muscles that crushes your food slows down at night when you sleep and the food sits there and soaks in and creats fat so you can put on more weight.

check your eating habits. follow the food pyramid. you might be eating too much protein with so little carbohydrates. protein cannot be synthesized by our bodies without carbohydrates. rice is a good source of carbohydrates.
