An HR recruiter for another company contacted me. Frankly it would take a large offer - 20% increase and a year employment contract - plus all my other perks come-with - before I'd even consider an offer. I don't want to mess around with lengthy and fatiguing interviews if they know they can't meet my requirements. I'm just wondering if there's some other aspect to being courted that I might not be considering. Some people like interviewing - I don't. I find it stressful and fatiguing - even when the job is a take-it-or-leave-it. Thoughts? Thanks.

yes, lots of recruiters will appreciate the honesty. It will save them and you a lot of time.
Just be sure to be very pryofessional in how you write the email and or tell them on the telephone.

I think you should. You don't want to waste your time or theirs!

Good luck. Hopefully you'll get that increase!
