how do u download free music from your PC to razr phone?

Unless you have a Motorola RAZR V3c, V3m (from Verizon) or a V3i (from Cingular), you can't put music on your phone, as it does not have that feature. The regular V3 doesnt do that. If you have those other 3, then it should have come with a booklet that will say how to do everything.
