Have sex whenever you want. Your body is cranking out sperm cells faster than you can get rid of them, even with daily sex, so enjoy the process of impregnation! That's why the gods made it fun.

You really shouldn't have sex everyday if you are trying to conceive. Your partner does need time to recover and rebuild his sperm count. It's not just about the count, it's about the total ejaculate. If you have a regular period, you should try charting your cervical mucous and basal body temperature. These can be extremely helpful in pin pointing ovulation. Do not get too upset about the time. It takes the average healthy couple 18 months to have a first child. If you are worried that you may not be fertile, go see a Dr. Having a few baseline tests never hurt anything. Good Luck.

They say to do it every other day, because your sperm count will be lower if you ejaculate everyday.
Either way, if you have a normal sperm count you can me sure even if you are doing it everyday you still are ejaculating MILLIONS of sperm.
Another bit of info...my husband and I are undergoing infertility treatments. After 3 days of abstaining we had to go in for a semen analysis. His count was 113 million. They very next day they tested again and it was 68 million.
I guess what I am getting at, is not waiting 2 days inbetween DOES make your count lower, but it will still work...it only takes one =)
Tell her to get an ovulation predictor kit (any drug store or walmart) so she knows right when the most fertile time is. These dont work for every woman so 14 days after her period is normally the "standard" fertile time. Tell her to count 10 days after her last period, then have sex everyday if possible from days 10-16 so you have all your bases covered. Sperm can live in the body of a woman for 72 hours (3 days!) so even if you have sex BEFORE ovulation, pregnancy is very possible.
Hope this helps!

My fertility doctor told me that you should only have sex every other day when trying to concieve. Also, make sure you are not too stressed out, that you don't drink or smoke, do drugs, or anything like that, cause that will kill the little guys. And if you are concerned, Walgreens sells an over the counter kit that you can use to find out if your little guys are potent and your count is high enough. Unfortunatly with us, my hubby's wasn't. And I wasn't ovulating. But we just adoped a beautiful baby girl 5 months ago! So don't worry. Even if it takes 7 years like us, or longer, if you are determined to be a parent, you will be. Hang in there! Oh, and it can take up to a year for your wife to get pregnant after the pill.

generally sperm is being created every day but does require some maturing time for optimal motility. I would restrict your sex to 3-4 days before she ovulates and continue until 2-3 days after you think she has ovulated. For a woman there is only a 24 hour window of opportunity for her to conceive.
Do not take hot baths or wear tight(briefs) underwear. This increases your body temp and decreases your fertility.

If you have been struggling to fall pregnant, there are some useful tips that may help to increase your chances of conceiving and prevent miscarriages. Read here https://tr.im/pregnancyhelp
Follow a healthy, balanced diet by eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as foods that are rich in iron, calcium and folate, essential for reproductive health
Maintain a healthy weight as being overweight or underweight can affect the body’s hormone levels which in turn makes conception difficult
Healthy weight loss can increase chances of getting pregnant; however, too much weight loss can affect a healthy pregnancy
Regular exercise such as walking, swimming or cycling will help keep you fit and active before and during your pregnancy. It will also help get you back into shape after the pregnancy
Avoid drinking alcohol and caffeine as this can make you less fertile

You don't need to have sex everyday. But count 10 days from the first day of her period. Starting that day, and for the next 7 (for good measure) have sex as often as possible. And she should refrain from using the bathroom for at least a half hour afterwards. Of course, if you still want to have sex, go right ahead! It's important that you keep your stress levels low. Relax and have fun!!
Oh, and there is a little device your woman can use to tell when she's ovulating. Tell her to check the pharmacy.

We tried every 3rd day and got pregnant within the month. I was told NOT having sex every day gives your swimmers time to build back up. Sperm can live inside a woman for a few days, so trying every fews days shouldn't be a problem. Besides, sex is supposed to be fun... it can turn into a chore if you HAVE to every single day. Good luck and happy trying!

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

If you are having sex every day, your body might not be replacing all of the sperm cells you get rid of with mature sperm cells. Your body does produce a ridiculous amount of sperm cells, but they take a bit of time to mature to the point where they can swim well and do their job effectively. So it may be counterproductive to have sex every day. Maybe for a month try sex every other day. That gives your body a chance to refresh a bit and gives all of those cells a little more time to grow and strengthen so they'll have a better chance of getting to the egg. Good luck!

Having sex everyday is totally up to the consenting people. It doesn't matter that you have sex everyday, what counts is that it happens. So...I believe that trying TO hard puts pressure on everyone. Relax, enjoy your life together, because things change and NEVER go back to the way they were before babies/children. If it is going to happen, it will happen. It has already predetermined when you will be parents, and at age 25 you have a lot of years ahead of you to be good parents.
