make it on your computer and never put it on the web....but in doing so defeat the object of making it in the first place.

alternatively use paper, or write your musings on the back of a pigeon.

This is technically impossible. Every computer can be traced, even if it takes a vast amount of time.

You can't set up a website that cannot be traced. Even if you some how managed to do this, you could be breaking the law.

If you don't give a decent reason why you want to do this, it raises suspicion.

It sounds like your trying to avoid detection, probably from law enforcement. If so, go find something more constructive to do with your time.

Design and host the website on your computer. So noone would be able to know it.
