There is something wrong with anyone who wants to kill other human beings, in the first place. And if thease type of humans are not weeded out they will continue to kill and teach others to kill as well . Two wrongs never make a right....but they can cancel each other out...... :)

We kill killers so they can not kill again.To end the life of the guilty is just,to end the life of the innocent is wrong.I see by your question that you are unable to tell the difference between right and wrong.

We do not "kill people who kill people to tell them that killing people is wrong" - we kill people who kill people so they don't get a second chance to kill someone else, maybe you.

Because those that kill people are after the ones that kill people among themselves but get away claiming they'd get killed first

An effective way of separating bad guys from good guys.
However, it has NEVER been our nation's intent to KILL anyone. Our military's purpose is to NEUTRALIZE the agressor enemy, by capture if possible, by injury if necessary, by death if unavoidable. Saddam and Osama, and their followers were, and still are, agressor enemies.

so the last set of people do not have to pay for the killer's life in prison, using their money, instead of putting it towards education, or road construction, or more cops to find more killers to protect their own safety.
