Remmber that hr. you lost way back in the spring, well you are about to get it back. Spring forward in the spring, fall back in the fall. Long time to wait to catch up on your sleep. Sweet dreams.

You get an EXTRA hour of sleep in the fall (by getting "back" the hour you "lost" in the Spring). In the Fall, the hours on Saturday night go 11pm, 12:00am Sunday, 1am, 2am (instantly reverts an hour to 1am), 2am, 3am. etc. Notice how you get an extra hour.

In the Spring, you skipped this hour: 11pm, 12:00am Sunday, 1am, 3am, 4am, 5am, etc...

No... I awakened and forgot it became sunlight hours savings and theory i became previous due. whilst i found out it became purely 8:00 i could no longer pass decrease back to sleep.... I additionally found out it became sunday morning. Double whammy. properly... i think i'm going to pass get some sleep now.
