Considering that New York has the largest Jewish population in the USA, there is no single "Jewish neighbourhood" in Manhattan or any of the five bouroughs.

I'm not from there, but off the top of my head, you will find Jewish neighbourhoods in Lower East Side, Upper West Side, Washington Heights and many more. Lower East Side was one of the "original" immigrant enclaves.

just a small fact for you my friend 20% of Manhattan is Jewish so its kind of hard to go to any place (outside Harlem) in Manhattan with out a Jewish community.

historically the Jewish community centered around the lower east side but now it has more drifted to the upper west.

I am personally a Jewish student currently living in Washington Heights
