Dang it. Im hearing all the time how horoscopes are not real. How they have a bunch of contradictions, how their completly fake! My question is why!? Why even make those answers, believe it or not noone here (save for a few) actually believe horoscopes are magic. Your wasting your breathe. I dont believe in magic like that. Im just getting annoyed with all the stupid people out there posting answers way off topic yelling at the qeustionee about how they shouldnt believe in horoscopes. Its retarded, so stop!

here here!!! I love it, good for you hun!!! I'm tired of being judged and told to come to Jesus myself on here. If I wanted Jesus, I would go to him myself, don't need to be told to go. If they don't like the horoscope thing, why do they answer questions in it is what I like to know too, if they don't agree with it, pick another catagory and leave the rest of us alone. There is a reason why the horoscopes are over here and not in science or spiritual. Unfortunately judging from the questions a lot of people do believe, and that can be dangerous.
Something recently bothered me is the questions of relationships between people based on their date of birth. You don't have control of your time of birth, let alone the other things your born like race, sex, or nationality. Bigotry of any kind is plain wrong. The only thing worse are the people that answer. Most do have honest intent. Still, stating as a fact, based on date of birth alone, who is compatible or not is not right. It is possible, remotely I admit, someone can ruin a otherwise fine relationship. That is wrong.
The person that does ask the questions has responsiblity too. Does astrology have appeal because it appears to have no bias to race, religion, or sex? I've never seen any one volunteer information about sexual orientation.
It may be just for fun and entertainment. So are movies, tv, music, and media. You don't see questions asking if they should dump the girl that likes South Park for the one that likes Family Guy. That's silly.
I think the best thing is to ask Yahoo to move this place to an all psychic and related place away from here. If it's not for entertainment don't be here. I do try to entertain here once in a while. Some like it, some don't. But I do have a right to be here.
Music is my passion and I'd most likely would not venture here. I'm a person that tries to embrace reality. I can't accept things strictly by blind "belief". Sometime I have to confront ignorance and superstition. I look for evidence and when none is provided I question. I don't try to disprove, I'm not making the claim. Too many accept things without admiting that it might be wrong. I'm wrong a lot. Like astrology I tend to promote the times when I'm right and disregard times I'm wrong. But even though I'm long gone from school, I still learn and want to learn.

They are usually the ones who are dismissive of things they don't understand. Ignore them. They speak out of ignorance. If they were willing to put a little bit of time in studying it, they might be a little surprised at how close astrology comes to things. But, it isn't 100 % accurate, as it only shows tendencies in a person's makeup based on the planetary positions and what has been learned from the placements over the years. No horoscope is stronger than the free will of a person, and that is vitally important to remember when studying astrology.

I have news for everyone.....horoscopes are based in science and engineering!! If you called an astrologer, they come over with a large map of the sky and can pinpoint when you were born, what signs and why you are compatible.... Astrology is one of our oldest sciences..... even physicians had to be astrologers before they could practice medicine... how about that one.
Of course, we've come a long way - but astrology is still out there. I have personal experience in this as my husband was a recruiter and I was "the stat" person..... it's UNCANNY how nurses are born in certain signs and engineers are born in totally other months...... I mean there were times wihen inputting recruiting data that 80% of nurses were born in certain months.... just to co-incidental.... so I started studying it from that point and believe me, it is intriguing...... Certain marriages (with certain signs being together) have the same problems and relationships.... very interesting... just look around. My husband has about a 90% chance of guessing a sign after about 15 minutes with the person..... Don't laugh too hard.....cause - Hey, you never know..... Keep open minded.... it keeps you young.

i dont know whether to believe in horoscopes but sometimes i do b/c there are those days that it really gets what is going on in my life...i mean its a perfect explanation of what is to be or what has already happened...very weird but cool...but there are times it just makes no sense at all...i guess it posts things that everyone feels and certain days it matches u...

believe it or not, I agree with you - but people have the right to believe what they want. They have no right to tell someone else what to believe, right? If someone wants to believe in astrology, astronomy (science) or Santa Claus, Im not going to stop them!
personally I do believe there is something to astrology, and many other things I wont mention, but I dont call people who dont 'retartded', thats not nice at all. Sorry, I dont mean to come down on you....I blew off at one person tonight, and I shouldnt have given in to thier ignorance, so I wish I hadnt done that. But, life goes on, eh? anyway, basically YOU are RIGHT.
