What are the real differences between them? I compared them through some review websites but I don't see noticeable differences besides the prices. K750i is cheaper by $100. Which one should I choose? I aim for a durable, great functionality and user friendly phone. I also love a small phone with big screen. What’s the difference between K and W series? I don’t really care about music player, so is it a waste to buy W series?

Do you think I should look at Nokia too? I heard Nokia is very durable and user friendly. From the review websites, with the same features, Nokia is more expensive than Sony Ericsson. Moreover, the Nokia phones with big screen usually also big.

Thanks in advance!

The K750i and W800i are almost identical....

The W800i specialises in the playing of music, with the W standing for 'Walkman'... The phone usually comes with a 512mb memory card which allows you to store more music then the K750i (128mb card usually supplied). The fundamental difference is that the W800i allows you to select to just use the music part of the phone so that you can listen to your music where you are not allowed to use a mobile phone... I.e. on a airplane.

The K750i is predominantly designed to be great for taking photos with a 2megapixel camera... However, seeing as the W800i also comes with a 2megapixel camera, this is not an advantage... You have to appreciate that the K750i was released quite some time before the W800i, and the 2 megapixel camera was quite advanced for mobiles at that time.

Choosing between the two phones the W800i is the better and newer model, however I wouldn't pay $100 more for the W800i. You can still listen to music on the K750i, however you won't be able to use the player feature on an airplane, or store as much music on it (Unless you buy a bigger memory card).

Nokia make some brilliant phones... Their phones are regarded as being easy to use and the higher end models are full of functions. I have recently upgraded to the N73 which isn't too big, but does boast a 3.2 megapixel camera, a big screen, music player, bluetooth, and loads more... However this may cost quite a bit more then the K750i and W800i.

Hope this helps!

basically, it's just the same except for the physical thing.. AND the W800i has the software WALKMAN & it comes with 512 MB unlike K750's 64 MB memory stick.......as u can see k750 is black or silver while w800 is white with orange............W series is for walkman..if u don't listen to music that much and don't need a big memory....just get k750.....it's nice too......

i prefer SE than nokia....SE has a better speaker and camera!!

as for nokia., they're more expensive right now.......and it hangs/freeze more often.............

actual the version between the 750i & the w800i & w810i is the ok fashions are greater for taking photographs & the W fashions are walkman (track fones) yet i wouldnt worry with the ok 750i or maybe the w800i because of the fact the joystick has a tendency to stop working yet on the w810i its not have been given a joystick so which you have not have been provided that concern i thoroughly advise the w810i wish this helps
