Hi. You need a hypothesis first. Suppose that you think small amounts of a chemical (say salt or baking soda or some other harmless substance) affects germination of bean sprouts. You could put the beans in petri dishes with differing amounts of the substance and see how it speeds or slows germination.

first of all, EVERY SCIENCE FAIR PROJECT HAS A HYPOTHESIS. Now that we cleared that up, ill assume, you want to do it on science, since thats where you posted your question. So I dont really know what grade you're in, WHICH WOULD BE GOOD TO KNOW. so I'll just give you some general ideas, you can come up with your own experiment, like we all do

LED's
Bridges
Insulation
Natural Frequency
Hover Craft
Paper Airplanes
Parachutes
ect.

Wind Energy. Why does a wind turbine only have three blades? You can figure your hypothesis out.
