I attended the 'infamous' Doo-Day Parade in Pasadena, CA one year. Two people were in the parade, each wearing a dark brown trash bag, holding a cane, wearing dark glasses, and a sign hanging around their neck, "BLIND DATES". Now that's CHEAP!

Get a headband, some construction paper or poster board, a sheet and a book. Make yourself a crown and a torch with the craft supplies and go as the Statue of Liberty.
You could get an old flannel and a ball cap and be Larry the Cable Guy

My idea is a BARBIE outfit: dress in pink preferably miniskirt (or look for clothes that remind you of Barbie in your own closet, since you're blonde already it would be much easier, or you could buy a cheap blond wig so that your hair looks more like a doll's hair, if you use your own, straighten it, and apply Vaseline all over your skin or baby oil, so that your skin looks really like Barbie's, you don't have to use much make up, just lip color, fake eyelashes which you can fin in any store such as Target, for a couple bucks and eyebrow liner.

do you mean for a costume?
work with what you have. Invade your closet and see what you have to work with. Ex.= A short red dress, maybe consider being a devil. A flowy white dress, marilyn monroe. Lots of unique and cheap costumes can begin right in your closet.

be like a goth or witch or something like that.. or you could go to goodwill and buy a really realyl cheap prom dress or something so you could be a princess!!! hahaha lol i never went to goodwill before so i dont know

dress up as one of the uggliest or meanist teachers at your school,like go o an opp shp and get the clothes or something.
you could be a mummy and use heaps of toilet paper!lol!

My halloween dance is this friday! Well try to be the opposite of what you are! Its fun. Like Im normal so for the dance I am bein Goth. If your normal or prissy be goth, if ur goth or punk then be like a cheerleader!

JOann fabric store, they have patterns and stuff. if you can't sew well then ur scrwed on that part but you can always turn to
