If you like nice places, stay at the Southside, Arlington, Mandarin.
If you hate traffic, stay away from above places.
If you want to stay in the ghetto (no offense), stay at the Northside.
If you want nice ocean view, stay at the Beaches but mind the traffic.
If you want to work in Jax but not live in Jax, stay in Orange Park.

No! The Cocktail Party was first played in Jacksonville in 1915, and has been held there every game since 1933 with the exception of 1993 & 94 because the new stadium was being built. I am not a fan of trying to change tradition. Tickets are split 50/50, Georgia flies so they don't endure a 6 hour bus ride, and the program gets recruiting exposure in Florida and south Georgia. It may seem like a disadvantage the past 20 years since they've struggled to get a mental edge but the Dawgs still lead the series 46-38-2. They've won in Jacksonville consistently before, they can do it again because the only time I want to see Georgia playing in the Georgia Dome is for the SEC championship.

Call Lifestyle realtors, and ask for David White. He was the realtor who helped me buy my daughter's first house there, and he was FANTASTIC!!! I actually bought it sight unseen and got exactly what he described. He knows all the areas and will be totally honest with you.

(904) 384-3338 is the office phone, if this isn't his branch any longer ask them which one he works out of now. You'll really like him, tell him Suzanne sent you.
