No more odd than the fact you're related to monkeys and I'll bet no one mentions that at the family reunions either huh?

Because pretty much any white people whose families have been in this country for a couple hundred years are related somehow. They're something like 9th cousins - saying they're part of the same family is really a stretch, unless you consider a "family" to encompass several thousand people.

Same reason that General Norman Scharzkopf never said much about distant relative and opera singer Elizabeth Scharzkopf. What's the point? What further point that Elizabeth "joined" the Nazi party in the Hitler era to be better able to pursue her career as a singer?

These coincidences are meaningless.

More to the point, why wasn't the fact that they were both members of Skull and Bones pursued. Or about Preston Bush, George Sr.'s dad, financing the Third Reich. It goes on and on. Unfortunately the press has been bought and we don't get answers to any questions.

Would YOU admit you're cousins with Bush?

Bush also hides that he was born in Connecticut... So much for a hard-cored Texan!

For the same reason they never told you Bill and Hillary are cousins.

I heard about it on a MSNBC show right before the election. Perhaps you just did not pay attention.

I heard it. They are very distant relations and don't know each other outside of politics. So who cares?
