Does anyone remember that movie on Disney Channel that was a Halloween movie? I remember it had a character named 'Zachiriah', 'Mariah' and 'The Jumpper' and it was about spirts crossing over.

yeah Halloweentown. They also made Halloweentown 2 but it wasn't as good
