Leave letters on both people's doorsteps of lockers saying that they want to go out with them. To the girl, say it's from the guy, and from the guy, say it's to the girl. Once they realize it, they will be much to in love, lol. They will actually be kinda happy you did it for them!

Well, tell him to find some subject and go to the girl and start talking to her like he would to any guy friend. It works for me every time.

Be really careful in not making Your friend look like a wimp in her eyes. Its tough to play Amor, and succeeding may mean You "loose" Your friend to her. So make Your play a wise one, maybe the nature will handle this...

Talk to the girl and find out what she thinks of him.If she kinda likes him then take that back to him..It might incourage him to talk to her...Your a good friend....

well, maybe you should talk to her before he does. Make sure he would like talking to someone like her. Then maybe you can introduce them two and they start talking.
