First of all dont u have any experience? U should first think of things u would tell a guy.
ANYHOW!!! She could ask him his interests(sports,music,what he looks 4 in a girl,what kinda girls he's attracted 2),how his past relationships were,his favourite foods. Stuff like that. Tell her she shouldnt b 2 nervous &remember that its a first impression shes making.
Tell her 2 b honest(not pouring out her heart)cause thats what starts the best relationships.
I hope hes worth the trouble

Lol, there are all sorts of guys. Unless you give more details, I can't offer you a straight-forward answer. For me, things like books and acoustic guitars work. Now I don't know if that's the case for Butch over there, bullying that kid.
Now, I have a hunch that friend of yours is you. Come on, let it all out! :) (kidding)

let your friend tell this guy that she likes him then conversation will start and soon she will find out that they're getting far..as long as she's not boring to deal with im sure they'll have a lot of topic to talk about.

talk about new movies or hot new music, talk about what cars you think look cool, talk about books or school, HINT: do not talk about other people, make up, ex boyfriends, periods, plucking eyebrows or anything like that. find out what he is into and do a little research on it so you seem like you are an expert on it too. remember this.......................i n t e l l i g e n t people talk about ideas, average people talk about events and stupid people talk about other people. stupidity is forever but ignorance can be fixed.
