Make his favorite dinner. Leave a note on the table telling him you had to go somewhere and that dinner is in the microwave. In the microwave place a note telling him to go somewhere else in the house...keep doing this with the notes for as long as you want. then your last note send him to the bedroom where you are waiting with the candles and dinner....with a Special Desert *S*

Your husband is a lucky guy. Millions of guys wish their wife would realize how hard they work and felt like honoring them with some special surprise. You're a keeper!!
You have some good ideas listed in here, but there are some other ones that could be thought about.
Convert your living room to a restaurant! Put a table cloth on the living room table, put some quiet music on, light some candles, and either cook his favorite meal or get a "to go" dinner from your favorite restaurant and bring it home. Then you throw some pillows on the floor and sit on the pillows around the makeshift dining table. You can do a couple of things here.... serve him and treat him like a king, or, just eat and have some nice chat about things that HE's interested in.
From there, have him stay seated and then you provide the entertainment. Use your imagination but, men are grown boys and they like to think about sex! Give him an erotic show without showing him anything! Keep covered up, but sensual. After the show, put on your long coat and throw him the keys to the car and tell him to take you to his favorite secluded parking lot! Then Make History!!! Good Luck

Money isn't a problem. Not having money actually makes things more romantic in my opinion. Since he is tired of work, do you know what he likes? Maybe football games (on TV)?
1) Before he comes home, prepare him the best dinner you can with candle lights.
2) Have his favorite TV show or something on, whatever he likes.
3) Give him a back rub or something after dinner, and when both of you are doing something he likes together.
If this doesn't sound out of the norm, simply go walk around parks. It's not doing something extroadinary that makes a relationship last forever, it is doing something good for over long periods of time, in my opinion.

I'd still do the dinner but instead of a movie check out local comedy clubs in your area. I went to one a few weeks ago first time I was ever at one, it was part of a bachelor party for a friend and it was a blast. anyone who does not have a good time at one of them is a stiff. it was cheap too only $12.00. I'm taking my wife out to a nice dinner and then to the same comedy club and since the club is in a motel I might just set us up in a room for the night ;) on our special day in a few months.

in case you're open for a Saturday afternoon date, make reservations at Cafe Fleuri, that's on the Langham hotel in Boston-they have the main amazing innovations-blowing Chocolate Buffet on Saturday afternoons! you're able to get food too, yet with each and all of the chocolate, who needs it. I taken aback my sister in regulation interior the time of a flow to with this...definitely innovations-blowing, and not something you do commonly. you reside in an staggering city, with an staggering style of excursions and journeys. there's a T grant up indoors the corner of the Commons and next to the T grant up is the travelers Bureau, now not some distance from the State dwelling abode, they have all styles of excursions and journeys that initiate there, or now not some distance from there. There are a ton of innovations there, or basically take a strolling expedition of the liberty direction, grab some Gelato indoors the North end (attempt Gellateria down the line from Paul Revere's dwelling abode) and then dinner at Il Panino on the previously.

Take him on a dinner cruise. You cannot leave the boat for a few hours. It depends on where you live too. San Francisco has the Horn Blower Cruise. Dinner and Dancin. Wine Tasting is nice and relaxing. Or a comedy club. Make sure you have the nice nicey lingerie afterwards.

if money is not a problem, then take him to a spa. or better yet create you own spa. just know that a relaxed man with no cares means execellent sex. he's over worked, so it's time to show him how to relax ok you benefit from this, but he will see that you care.
