depending on your model of 2wire open IE then type in one of these 2 address
192.168.1.254 <<< Newer
172.16.0.1 <<< older
click on broadband link at the top then click on advanced you may need to enter the system password.
if you are looking for the password then you will need to find a program on the internet that shows hidden passwords instead of * (they are out there i just dont know the name of any off the top of my head)

Check your 2wire management page. (gateway.2wire.net) Click on broadband link tab,then details.
The details will display the username for ppoe.

Yes They are usually on tags at the bottom of your router
