If you like synthesizer music, try Mannheim Steamroller. He (basically it's all Chip Davis) does renditions of many popular Christmas songs, and generally they are instrumental. They are also generally almost symphonic in their complexity, but they are wonderful stuff. If you haven't heard Mannheim Steamroller before, go to the iTunes website and listen to some of the sample clips. I'd be surprised if you don't like it.

Someone mentioned Mannheim Steamroller: especially "A Fresh Aire Christmas" - or as it's referred to by fans, The Blue One, because that's the color of the cover.

Also, the soundtrack of Charlie Brown Christmas by the Vince Guaraldi Trio - very soft and jazzy.

The only one I have is "Django Bells" by The Gypsy Hombres. Swing jazz with violin and guitar. Lots of different tunes including "You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch" All Instrumental.
