you can use algebra to solve this problem
(90 = 65x)*100
x=138.46 percent.

Since you are trying to find how many percent of 65 are there in 90, in other words how many 65s are there in 90.
From the looks of it, the answer has to be more than 100 %, this is because, 90 is greater than 65, so you would know that there is one 65 in 90, that accounts for 100%

90/65=1.3846 something, right? So "ninety is 1.38 times the size of 65".

To change decimels to percent, move the decimel two spaces to the right. It's going to be bigger than 100%, because if 65 is 100 percent, then 90 is going to be bigger.

Whenever you see the word of, it means you need to multiply.

so 90 is _____ X 65

And you can take it from there.

remember if the answer is 2.09 for example, then the precentage will be 2.09 X 100 and that is 209%.
