I noticed he mispronounces words a lot, and has his facts wrong most the time too. And although he calls himself the Decider, he can't really make up his mind without fifty full-grown men telling him what to think and say. Do you think he's brain-damaged from drugs and alcohol?

Serious responses only, please.

Sorry to have thrown yahoo answers into partisan bickering. I thought it was a serious objectively-verifiable question. Guess it don't take much to get Con panties in a wet wad.

Hahaha

That tells you how much he believes in education! I don't know if it is brain damage. I seriously believe it is a combination of illiteracy and lack of education.

The President is too small in mind for the job he stole as the leader of the free world.

He was placed there by a very powerful cabal and he is brain-controlled to say exactly what they expect. Except he hears them describe other diabolical plans to steal from nations and kill people, and due to his limited intelligence, occasionally some of those messages slip from his lips and sound foolish. He tries to correct himself by waving his hands. But if you get a book on Bush's speechisms, you will see that what he slips on are very scary, like "the enemy is our friends" and such. The enemy really are his friends because they keep the American public in fear and controlled.

His brain damage was evident as a young child when he used to kill small animals and play painful pranks on his friends that would cause bodily harm. He was a frat boy in college and the national reserve. He drank and took drugs to such excess that it caused further damage. He also abused people. The damage is evident when you look in his face - one eye looks darker and seems to veer inward due to permanent brain damage from the substances and possibly, natally. It seems there is a small empty spot behind his skull.

Right now, Bush is doing much better. He has been instructed to speak to the public as if they are small children. He gives to his listeners on what to do and say. He keeps it very simple, but still screws it up, but sounds better than when he was trying to put large concepts together.

Give this man a break and send him back to the ranch he stole from the man he ran out of there -- in Crawford, Texas. Send his cronies packing too.

It is impossible to give a serious response to a question that is obviously not a serious question. Our President did not attain the accomplishments he has achieved without a lot of intelligence. Any person who has had the problems placed upon them that he has would have walked away along time ago. When you are the leader of the free world you are forced to deal with thousands of problems hourly and when you have your opposing party supporting terrorism then your job is much harder. Every President has advisers and they rely upon them for good usable information, and when you are working with a large number of foreign countries it is impossible to remember all the names. Sometime people rely upon sound bite from comedians for their information and never do learn the true facts of any given situation, i would suggest you stop watching Jon Stewart if you cannot distinguish between COMEDY AND REALITY.

He's a great thinker and gives moving speeches . When you stop acting like a parrot & jumping on sound-bites from the biased liberal drive-by media like a dog for a bone -you'd know a thing or two . For someone who pretends to know about George W. Bush , you look pretty backwards in my eyes . How many books did you read about him that weren't written by Michael Moron ? If you want brain-damage , listen to egorr ; I mean , algore , frothing at the bit when he lost an election . You make a senseless , baseless statement and then ask for "serious responses only "..don't you mean other sound-bite quoters ?

Go to my blog. Watch the Video of Bush ten years ago. He should be checked out by a doctor and the check should be made public.
If he is not checked then the Congress is not doing the job we pay them to do. They should be fired.

He hasn't always been this way. I've reviewed some of the speeches he made 10 years ago and he was quite articulate. There is an ongoing problem in his brain, and I'm betting that the next few years are going to reveal a SERIOUS problem. We're just seeing the tip of it now, but it really scares me that he's somewhat mentally deminished.

I would respond to your question, but your incorrect use of commas and your failure to spell an adverb correctly shows that you must be less intelligent than I.

No. He is under a lot of pressure. If you were under that much pressure you would do far worse.

The best way to demonstrate intelligence is with compassion and understanding. The best way to demonstrate stupidity and ignorance is with ridicule of others.
