I know I am a little ON topic, but did you ever used ringtones off the net?

Yahoo must be on a "coffee break" because Dragon knows there are a lot of people who have reported that cg person (Dragon among them).
To answer your question, Dragon usually buys ringtones through her cell service provider (Cingular). They're a bit more expensive sometimes, but generally better quality.
