Dose anyone know what that saying/song means??

what is the meaning of the song "it's raining its pouring the old man is snoring..he went to bed and bumped his head..and couldnt get up in the morning"

I don't know, but alot of those songs that adults sing to kids are a bit disturbing.

I think it has something to do with the plague like ring around the rosie.

there saying the night he died it rained and he died that night by bumbing his head so then he couldn't get up in the morning
