Forget those last 2, all rip off sites that take advantage of people who don't know better. Every HUD foreclosure is on the HUD website at www.HUD.gov then look at foreclosures, it'll guide you thru it.
The first answer is right for the tax foreclosures, those are at your local courthouse.

The best place to start is by going to or calling the county court for the county in which the property is located. You can also try the assessors office. They might be able to lead you in the right direction. Good Luck!

contact the local government court house where you would like to buy a house and ask them where you can see the posting online. you can also find notices in your local paper about auctions in your area for these and it will state the location of the home being forclosed or auctioned. they have to post them this way before the legal action takes place.

That is a site where you can find HUD homes. If they don't cover it, try a search on HUD homes.
