he`s 17 6`1`` I yell every time it happens . but he just walk away with his tail between his legs. he knows he is doing wrong but he doesn`t care,beating is out of the question ,police are out of the question .I don`t know what to do any more I`m about to leave and never look back ,but I love her!!!!!!!!!

Ok, now that you mentioned this, you have to call the cops. He is old enough to know what discipline is, so he should be in jail for what he has done. Unless he really begs for forgiveness, you got to get rid of him.
