It's not bad. Bit infantile.

Here's a few funny ones I have seen

Barnyard Masturbator, Relevant elephant and The Nth ninjas of the apocalypse...

My mate and I once had a 30 minute drunken conversation about whether the first ones restricted their masturbating to mainly farm related buildings or were into doign it in any place...

Relevant Elephant were a local band in Leicester who had a song called daffodil that went to the same baseline as that fleetwood mac song "The Chain" (the old formula one TV theme) and the chorus lyrics went...

"da-dadada-dadada-dada daffodil
daffodil on a hill"

Which I always thought was pretty stupid really.

The Nth Ninjas of the Apocalypse where a goth band from Leicester who famously walked off stage at the Abbey Park music festival because everyone booed there crap version of NIN's Closer... the woman singer (scary looking that she was.. she made Manson look like a conservative) sort of got all pissy and shouted "well **** you and I hope you enjoy all the other **** that is nowhere near as good as us" before storming of stage... they were really crap.

And this one time a band I was in was playing a gig at a small place in Leicester called The Shed and the drummer told the guy announcing us that we were called "Quentin Gaylord and the Backshots"... bloody drummers....

So when we went on stage I said to the 2 people in the crowd (we weren't very good) "Hello.. I'm Quentin Gaylord and these are my backshots!"

We were actually called Glee Club which is just as gay but not as blatant in terms of saying it... we used to do a lot of Smiths covers hence the Glee part of the name... we thought it was ironic....

By the way.. yes I am quite old...

Yeah i could call my daughter Pearl after Pearl Jam yet some like shrink named his newborn money, a number of the names celebrities arise with for their newborn's names like Rachel Griffiths named their newborn Banjo,John Cougar Mellencamp named his son Spec Wildhorse, Shannyn Sossamon named her son Audio technological know-how, Frank Zappa named his daughter Moon Unit a son named Dweezil and a daughter named Diva Muffin and the record is going on so Megadeth sounds quite stable . yet once I named my boys i thought approximately what they could wade by using in existence and what careers they could have, and that i had all youngsters of loopy names on the record yet once I appeared into my toddlers eyes the main elementary yet installation names basically seem to extra healthful.

Some years back I was in H.M.V. in Oxford St, London having a look in the racks and I came across a Liverpool band called "John, John, John and John"..
I wondered if this was some sort of a P. take on my 2nd. fave live band "Wet Wet Wet"
Just a thought..

An idea for a band name would be The Vicious Elephants. I got the idea from a clue in a crossword puzzle.
