I have had a loved one lie to me so now I don't no if I can trust them at all. The closer I am to people, the more it hurts when they lie and break trust. Help! I don't want to be alone all of my life. What can I do?

you cant truely trust people unless they r your parents,i feel if you are in doubt about something that is being said or doing then dont do it. you have to be true to your self deep in your heart you know whats right.

Good Luck is all I can offer you .My boyfriend of seven years cheated on me with my best friend and they both denied it even though it happened.He also fed me full of too many other lies to mention. My parents decided to get a divorce new years eve of 1999.I found out that my dad had fathered two other children.People who I thought were my friends have proved to be otherwise. I've had my fair share of being lied to and mistreated.You either choose to let it consume you or you keep giving people a chance. Bad people in life are what make the good ones so special..you learn to appreciate them more.If you don't keep trying you will be alone anyways.I try to remember not every person is the same so I can't punish them for what some one else has done to me in the past.

you don't have to be alone just try to trues people but in a way that you don't tell them every thing and people not to now person-ole things remember you cant trues when you get lie to its hard!
