i was arguing with a police today,and ended up giving him the finger and telling him to smell his mom....i was kept in the cells for 5 hours.....should i give him more abuse the next time?

that depends on how well you liked the cell today. If you thought 5 hours was cool, but think 10 would be awesome, go for it. Your choice.

Your lying...you cannot be arrested for giving a cop a hard time.
It's not advisable but not against the law...I would do the same thing next time with a lawyer on speed dial.

my advice to you is this; think really, really hard if you want to spend your life living in and out of jail. by breaking the law you only do tremendous hurt to yourself; this is the ONLY thing you will accomplish. there have been times in my life where I didn't give a **** if I broke the law either; sometimes I was so depressed and angry I thought there was no point if I spent my life breaking the law or not. trust me, you DO NOT want to go down that path!
