i want to loose weight through 10 day plan of starvation how do i make it sucessful and what precautions should i take during this 10 day plan

My advice is: DONT DO IT! It could be a serious injury to your health. It's best to have balanced diets. I advise you to look up some healthy eating habits online. This won't do any good if you do this you will feel horrible, be very sleepy, and probably many other things! Plus once it's over, if you just go back to eating normal then you will gain it all back again. Everybody's most beatiful simply by there personality and self confidence. If you really want to lose the pounds, then challenge yourself to a workout program at least 15 min, for 4days a week. and eat healthy balanced, diets. (Like say: no caffeine and soda, chocolate, chips, red meat, etc....) At the end, see how you feel! I bet you'll feel great about yourself! :D Enjoy life!

You may put your body into starvation mode, and you wont loose any weight. Try eating a veggie soup made with fatfree broth (2 cans) and potatoes (2 medium diced), celery (4 or 5 stalks with the leaves), garlic, onions (1 medium diced), cabbage (1 medium sliced), and a lot of water (enough to make it soupy). Eat it three meals a day and drink juice for another 2 meals a day, and a 12 ounce glass of non fat milk. Be careful with how you feel and make sure to drink lots of water and do not do more than 10 days.

Starvation diets often have the opposite effect. Your body will adjust to the lack of nourishment, and goes into a conservative mode. Your metabolism decreases, so you burn fewer calories. It is also very dangerous to fast for 10 days. Your body needs daily nourishment in order to function properly. If you really want to lose weight, cut back on foods high in fat and exercise daily. Exercise increases your metabolism and burns calories at the same time.

Starving your self is the worst thing for your body. Try something like the first 2 weeks on South Beach Diet. You loose 8-12 lbs in that first 2 weeks w/o carbs fat etc... and you don't starve yourself. Diet & excerise is about changing habits as much as your dress size.

That's not a good idea to starve yourself for 10 days. By the third day I'm sure you'll have fainted quite a few times due to dehydration and no calorie intake. You could end up hospitalized.

if you can you shouldnt starve your self because it is really bad for your body. Try using things such as slim fast or anything that will control hunger and will still give you the nutrients your body needs. Do exercise such as walking joging running but do not lift weight you eill most likely just gain muscle.

Don't do it. You not only damage your organs when you "starve yourself", but it doesn't work in the long run. If you really want to lose weight, eat right and exercise. That is the only way to get it off and keep it off.

You don't need to starve yourself. If you want to lose weight quickly try the low carb diet. (Keep your carbs under 40)

DON'T

you will die without food or water in 3 DAYS so don't do that to your body.. you are killing yourself. please don't do it... ti is going to harm you.. and it actually could make you gain more weight because you don't have anything to burn off and it will just stay there then.. it won't make you lose weight really... unless you want to kill yourself.. which i suggest you not do :)

make sure you have water...if not you're a candidate for death...then make sure you have at least maybe some bread every 2 days...i think you can make it with that. good luck.
