Is It Normal for the 80GB iPod to Freeze.My iPod is 2 week old and it only freezes once. is it normal?

the first time it freezes is when i was scrolling, should i exchange it for another one..?

I don't think it should be freezing when it's pretty new. I think if you want to avoid other technical difficulties you should exchange it.

No, it's not normal for anything to freeze. Return it ASAP.
