Hooray for generalizations!!
I'm a "white" American and I don't fear or hate Islam or "black" people. I don't hate anyone, actually...

I'd say most Americans are a little edgy about Muslims after 9/11. It's hard to separate out cult Muslims from mainstream Muslims because mainstream Muslims don't speak out nearly enough on how bad the cult Muslims are and how they don't agree with them. "The only thing needed for evil to prevail is for good people to do nothing." So good Muslims need to be much more active about fighting against evil people who slap on a star and crescent and call themselves "Muslim"--if they don't point out the differences, many people will assume they're all the same.
As far as black people (who aren't all Muslim, or vice versa--I don't know why you put them in the same group), well, racism dies hard. Everybody has some desire to feel superior--it's probably innate. Not that you have to let it turn into racism, or hatred of any group for any reason, but it often does--bad education? Bad parenting? Bad society images? I don't know why it goes that way. I've seen examples where racism is educated out of people, or they stop being racist after being with people from other races, so it's possible to get rid of it, but it's not easy and I guess most people don't bother since most people don't like hard work. That's also innate.
So I guess everybody needs to work harder at combatting hate--speaking out and taking action against hateful groups and hate within themselves. Easy, right? Maybe not, but it's good work and people should do more of it.

Not all white americans fear or hate black americans. Those that do were raised to hate others that are different from them. I am a black american and I have made friends in all kinds of nationalities.

They dont.
I would say with relative certainty that:
If you polled the country today, which group of people they would want to be excluded from this country; blacks, muslims, or mexicans, the mexicans would win by a huge majority.

Fear, Hate?
What a silly question.
There are so many dislikes like rudeness, poverty, joblessness, and health to be concerned about.
Focus YOUR energy elsewhere.
