Bible only gives fornication as an excuse in the new testament. But even then forgiveness probably trumps. If you are considering leaving for any thing less than that, then you are probably a shallow person that no one can rely on in tough situations.

Well it depends on your reasons for wanting to leave her.
If there has been adultery or any kind of abuse, then I would say yes. Or if you've just "fallen" out of love with her then I would say yes also. But it purely depends on the reason.
