Batman inherited all of his money..... and that is his powers. Every superhero had to inherit something from someplace otherwise they wouldn't be super.
Its true Batman inherited all his money, but he still manages his business and makes money. With all the powers Superman has he still can only land a job at the Daily Planet. Batman beats Superman simply because he is smarter. However, Superman needs to stay in low profile that is why he works there. Or maybe because he can't get a better job.
So I'd probably say, Batman is much smarter than Superman. And before I forget, Superman has his underwear outside his pants and it's colored. At least Batman is black so pretty decent -looking.

Batman. He used technology to make himself super, unlike Superman, who just got his powers by traveling to another planet (and the dude didn't even decide to travel himself--his parents sent him.)
Plus, Superman has a weenie costume, and Batman has the whole dangerous man in black flying through the night thing. Bats are way cooler. And the car rocks.

Superman had more powers but Batman was WAY smarter. He had to figure out riddles, make incredible connections, etc.

I'd usually say batman, but considering the fact that after the death of Jason Todd(robin2) he actually punched superman and broke his knuckles, you have to wonder.....

Batman duh... he's got the money AND the girl. (It doesn't help that the current Superman movie was directed by an openly gay director, no offense to gay people but it don't exactly make him more "super" with a feminine touch--that's a good celebrity for the next Superman...
