my 1995 gmc sonomas hazard lights are flickering at the same time my truck clicks and my truckes electronics come on but the starter won't work either so I took out the starter and tested it and it's screwed but the hazard lights and the clicking is still going so I have no idea what it could be. If you have any clue what it could be then please tell me and try to give me the best info you can thanks.

Here try this! What you described sounds like the security system is going off and will not allow you to start the car. Two people are needed Some one to turn the ingnition switch key to crank and hold it there. Now You! we'll call you sparky. Sparky start the positive post off of the battery 5/16 wrench, Get Cranky (thats the other person) to turn the ingnition to crank. Now make spark connect the positive post and SPARK! the engine should crank and start. All of this confuses the alarm system

It sounds like an alarm problem lots of the general moters keys have chips in them if you have another key try it. The other option is to have it rekeyed by the dealer or a locksmith. There is no way around these alarms without a Teck 1 scan tool because its an OBD2 system. Good luck
