NOt by any means. Sag are too wild for Pisces. Pisces are a more mellow type of sign--enjoying fine art, fine wine, dining out, sleeping in, all of the mellow things in life-including music, etc...Sag on the other hand are a 'WILD' sign...they enjoy lots of adventure and hardly sit still---they like to take a ride on the wild side and crave thrillseeking--while Pisces tend to shy away from all of that. Sagittarius is also a very flirty sign that cannot make up their mind when it comes to love--Pisces demands adoration out of a partner--and tends to be a bit jealous of flirty partners.
It may work at first--and the sex will be good--but when it comes right down to it they are just too different for each other: Water (pisces) puts out fire (Sag).
Also of note: Sag tend to get on Pisces nerves at times because they are a bit non-understanding, non sympathetic and somewhat self centered at times. Pisces is too emotional for Sag and Sag cannot understand what all the conundrum is about.
