I think the favorite thing I've seen is something that looks like a Zorro mask but is painted on with make-up. It's sexy because it's a mask and yet hints at a blindfold in a way. So, it's really just a band across the eyes back to near the ears.
Another idea might be the super-hero Candy Girl and everywhere you go you leave a trail of candy corn and you can offer people candies -- you can make this nasty like a lollipop or innocent like Hershey kisses. In fact, give all the girls lollipops and watch the party go a little insane -- it's your super power, y'know.
Or combine the two, that'd be even better.
I like the super hero idea a lot -- be it Candy Girl or your own invention. I'll be happy if I never see an angel, devil or pregnant nun again.

I often go a Velma from Scooby Doo. All you need is a orange turtle neck sweater, and a red short skirt and some tights and some baby doll shoes. I got a pair of cheap thick rimmed sun glasses from the Dollar General store and broke the lenses out to complete the look. I carried a stuffed Scooby with me. It was a hit last year. Good luck.
