No not at all.
It is biologically impossible to get pregnant when there is no egg and fertile cervical mucus present – a woman is only fertile 30% of her cycle, the day of ovulation (roughly 12-16 days into her cycle) and the days prior when cervical mucus is present to keep sperm alive in the vagina.
You cannot know when you are fertile or not unless you use tracking methods as birth control – things such as Natural Family Planning [NFP] and Fertility Awareness Method [FAM], there are also less effective means such as CycleBeads and computer methods such as Persona or Ladycomp. NFP or FAM are when temperatures, cervical position and cervical mucus are observed daily to determine fertile days….if you don't use FAM or NFP as birth control you CANNOT go without using another form of birth control without getting pregnant.
What you're describing is like a very simplified, and far less reliable, form of the rhythm method. If you are old enough to type then you are really far past old enough to know how your body works and know about sex – I'd suggest learning, try these sites for a START;

Edit: As scary as this initial question is, it is just as scary to see people who believe you can get pregnant any time - people, this is basic human biology!

Don't forget you can get pregnant 3-4 days before the start of your period and 3-4 days after the end of your period. And even if you are calculating you can be off. And you can even get preganant during your period because the body sometimes has an egg drop at the time you have bleeding. It is never worth the risk. Ask around. Many women have gotten pregnant while on her period, or even while on birth control pills.
Also condom is necessary to prevent STD's. What if you her herpes? There is no cure or HIV there is no cure and you die. The man does not have to show symptoms of herpes during sex and you can still get it.
Read about all the STD's (sexually transmitted diseases) and decided whether you are willing to take a chance. Many men do but women no, it is not worth it.

DON'T risk it. If you've already had sex, I suggest you use emergency morning after pill, Plan B. It's really risky at 14th day after your period. That's around the time when you're most likely to get pregnant.

Do a search for "birth control; Rhythm Method" and you'll find all you need to know and it will explain why and how and when you can get pregnant if you have a normal, regular cycle of ovulation and menstration.

Don't risk it, you can get pregnant anytime, and get on birth control yourself, condoms aren't 100%, protect yourself also.
